- alterations to gates and rails at Melbourne Council Schools by estimate £83 12s 6d including two extra piers and wall up to chapel boundary
- alterations to cowsheds at Hoults Barrow
- taking out platforms at Melbourne Council School, hacking up concrete and carting away
