Description
Upon the marriage of William Allwood Lord of Tupton Hall, esq., and Emily Brocksopp, daughter of Edward Brocksopp of the parish of St Olave, London esq., - Lord conveys to Brocksopp and to George Seddon of Aldergate St., London, esq., the capital messuage known as Tupton Hall with outbuildings etc. and land known as Hall Croft (20a.), Great Orchard (14a.), Pitt close (12a.), the Walks (12a.), the Pondstead (6a.), the Paddock (10a.), Mosleys Croft (7a), Lincares Croft (2a.), Fox's Croft (1a. 2r.), Smith Croft, (3a. 2r.), White's Ground (1?a.), a dwelling with Croft, Paddock and meadow (21a.) and another messuage with the Crofts (5a.), all at Tupton in trust to uses (recited).
