Description
By Thomas Wilson of Sandon (Staffs), land surveyor, and Elizabeth Wilson of Pleasley, widow, administrator of the estate of John Wilson, deceased, to Frederick William Smith Packman of Clarges Street (Mx.), and Tupton Hall, esq., in consideration of £156 13s. 4d. paid to Thomas and £78 6s.8d. paid to Elizabeth, of a close on the south side of Locko Lane, North Wingfield, known as Brocksopp's Field (2a. 2r. 26p.) (tenant Thomas Nix), with covenant for production of title deeds by Francis Hole of Mansfield, chemist and druggist.
