By Joseph Clay of Bridgehouses, Sheffield, esq., and Peter Pegge of Beauchief, esq., with the consent of Lord John Murray of Banners Cross, Sheffield, general in the army and colonel of the Royal Highland Regt., and William Murray, Lieutenant in the 18th or Royal Irish Regt. of Foot, and Mary his wife, daughter of Lord John Murray, to Thomas Lucas of Chesterfield, gentleman, in consideration of £117, of a close at Hasland, on the right hand side of the turnpike from Chesterfield, and 2 doles lying among the lands of Lucas (2r. and 2r 13p.).
