Description
By Josiah Claughton of Chesterfield, druggist, to William Waller of Chesterfield, gentleman, for £2,000 of a dwelling house at Hasland, with outbuildings, orchards etc., with the Close below the House (including the site of the said house etc) (6a. 2r.8p), Lower Close or Brook Close with Willow Holt at the bottom thereof (3a. 3r. 25p), Twezle Ash (3a. 30p.) Lowe Close or Side Field (4a. 1r. 4p.), Close above the House or Green Close, including the road (3a. 2r. 16p.) and the Hady Holme Meadow (2a.) all at Hasland.
