Description
Whereby Isabel and Humphrey will convey to Isaac a messuage at Plaistow Green and eleven closes of land. Covenant by Humphrey to levy fine to Isaac. Consideration: to Humphrey £959 10s; to Isabel £50. Isaac to keep in hand £10 of Humphrey's purchase money until satisfied that all dung has been deliverd to him, and a further £20 against the present tenant maintaining the farm in good repair.
