Appointment and Release by Thomas Beard Holy and Benjamin Burdekin, trustees of the Sheffield and Hallamshire Joint Stock Banking Co. and the creditors and assignees of William Ibbotson, a bankrupt and the said William Ibbotson, to Thomas Eyre of Liverpool, druggist and George Hawksworth of Sheffield as his trustee of all that allotment upon the moor in the hamlet of Hathersage Outseats called Golden Car and formerly part of the wastes in the parish of Hathersage, late allotted to William Ibbotson and which was purchased at the auction on 22nd July, 1845 by Eyre
