Description | With memorandum of agreement between Robert Garner and William Harding of Derby gentleman the purchaser by private contract of the premises for £2,800, 14 June 1833, and memorandum endorsed that Harding neglected to complete the purchase and absconded from Derby, Garner advertised the premises for sale by auction 14 February last, there were no bidders and on 4 March Garner sold the property by private contract to John Curzon of Derby gentleman as agent for Edward Anthony Holden of Aston esquire 25 March 1834 |
