By which for £440 (£390 paid to John Hickinbotham and £50 to Brownhill) paid by Thomas Sheldon, 2 closes adjoining together in Aston called Waterfurrow Dikes, together 10 acres 2r 8p in tenure of William Jowitt and tithes, with use of a road through Flaggy Leys Close, belonging to Brownhill and adjoining Waterfurrow Dikes, and liberty to use the draw well in Flaggy Leys Close, were conveyed to Sheldon by Brownhill, and mortgage term (see D 779B/T 667-673) was assigned by party 2. to 4. in trust for 3
