Description | Reciting inter alia that James Hinkley (see D 779B/T 1095) died intestate leaving 2. his eldest son and heir and that £70 (the principal sum in mortgage) is now due to Whiston as surviving executor of Mrs Stables (see D 779B/T 1100) the surviving executor of her husband, and witnessing that for £70 paid by Holden (3.) to Whiston at Hinkley 's direction, and for £10, the remainder of £80 purchase money, paid by Holden to Hinkley, Hinkley conveyed to Holden (3.) messuages adjoining each other in Aston heretofore in the tenure of C Godfrey and G Clifford but now of -, and for 10s paid by Holden (4.) to Whiston, the latter assigned mortgage term to Reverend James Holden in trust for Edward Anthony Holden With 2 papers annexed |
