Description
To wife everything for her life, keeping herself in the same name and then to children share and share alike, but the house to eldest daughter Sarah paying the other children in proportion the value of it, all of the `particulars' to second daughter Mary provided the eldest should die and so to the youngest if she should die; if all children should die to nephew Mathew Brown and heirs for ever.
No executor named. Wife Sara granted administration.
