Description
For £300 at the execution of the conveyance and £50 on the decease of Ann Robinson Eyre, on which £50 Holden will pay interest at 5% during Ann Robinson Eyre's life, it being intended as an indemnity to Holden against the breaking up into tillage a garden ground of the land, in which case the £50 or part thereof may be used as compensation for injury done to the land. With note that the title deeds are in the possession of William Robinson veterinary surgeon, Bonehill, Tamworth
