Title
Lease and release made between 1. Adams as above 2. George Taylor of `Wilstrop' in parish of Sawley farmer 3. Catherine Robinson as above and 4. William Whiston of Derby gent., by which, for £280 paid to Adams by Robinson, close described as in 1806 (D779/T/6/19/15) but now in the occupation of William Eyre, and tithes, in Aston, was conveyed by him to Robinson, and Taylor at the request of Adams and the nomination of Robinson assigned to Whiston the premises for the remainder of terms of 1,000 and 500 years in trust for Robinson
