In two parts - 1695 to 28 GIII [1788] and 1697 to 1804.
The earliest deed cited is the marriage settlement of Christopher Rolleston of Long Eaton yeoman and Elizabeth Hallam of Toton, county Nottingham widow, daughter of Thomas Taylor of Sandiacre yeoman, settling messuage in Aston in the tenure of John Barton, yard land belonging to the messuage, and a cottage in Aston in the tenure of Hugh ?Stenison, 26 April 1695
