Reciting that party 1. in Trinity term last levied a fine to Oates and Stamford and to Oates heirs of 1) messuage in Chaddesden in tenure of Joseph ?Bley, 3 lands, selions or leys of arable containing 1 acre in Chaddesden in Spoondon Field on a shutt called Windmill Hill and in the tenure of Joseph Stamford, and 2 other lands, selions or leys containing 1 acre in Littlewood Field in Chaddesden, one in the Overshutt and the other on a shutt called Swine Suckings in Joseph Stamford's tenure 2) pieces of arable, meadow or pasture being a half yard land in Aston containing 12 acres and 2 pastures every year and 3 cow pastures in Cross Field in Aston, lately purchased by Hickinbotham from Erpe and 3) 2 closes in Winster called Nether Field Pingles containing 4 acres in tenure of Robert Oates, and declaring that the fine is to enure as to property 1) to the use of Joseph Stamford and his heirs, as to property 2) to the use of Thomas Hickinbotham and heirs and as to property 3) to the use of Robert Oates and heirs
