Description
all real estate consisting of one house and lands in Aston and lands in Sheepshead to wife Jane for life;
to cousin Joseph Moreley, son of nephew John, and his heirs, house in Aston after Jane's death;
to nephew William Ryley lands in Sheepshead at Jane's death for his life, on condition Ryley pays £4 annually out of the lands to testator's nephew John Moreley of Aston;
to daughters of William Ryley, Elizabeth and Jane, £10 each to be paid out of testator's personal estate at death of wife Jane;
to nephew Richard Porter of Sheepshead £10 out of real estate, to nephew John son of brother Thomas Moreley, and his heirs, lands in Aston parish at death of Jane Moreley on condition of paying nephew of testator Richard Porter of Sheepshead £10 above mentioned;
at death of Jane Moreley and of William Ryley and the survivor of them, land in Sheepshead to become the property of testator's nephew John Moreley of Aston, and at the death of Jane, all sheep upon the forest to be equally divided between nephew George Moreley of Bardon and nephew William Ryley of Sheepshead upon condition that Ryley pays out of his half £20 which testator now owes to nephew John Moreley of Aston and £5 to niece Margaret Mee and that George Moreley shall give up, for his half, his title to £20 owed him by the testator, and pay £5 to latter's niece Mary Henson;
to wife Jane all goods. She is named executrix. (15 May 1764).
