Memorandum of agreement by which John Wright agreed to sell to Jacob Botham a new erected messuage and blacksmith's shop in Aston in the occupation of Wright, and Botham agreed to pay £80 for it, the sum of £50 and interest due thereon upon a mortgage of the estate to Botham, to be taken as part of the purchase money and retained by Botham.
