Description
Bequeathed house at Aston with use of draw well in adjoining yard to daughter Frances Whitehead wife of Thomas, remainder of estate at Aston and elsewhere (except estate at Willougbhy, Nottinghamshire which will descend to eldest son William) to youngest son Joseph, legacies to sons William, Jacob and Thomas, daughters Mary Orchard, Elizabeth Leedham, Sarah Cowley, Frances Whitehead and Ann Smith, and to grandsons, household goods, farm stock, money etc to son Joseph, who was named executor (2 August 1800, proved 14 October 1800)
