Reciting inter alia that W B Fosbrooke (see D 779B/T 876) with the consent of persons named as parties 2. and 3. in D 779B/T 876 below, has contracted to sell to James Sutton of Shardlow Hall esquire, a close containing 3 acres in Aston for £300 and with E A Holden of Aston to sell a piece of land in Aston for £49 19s. and reciting the conveyances of these properties, same date. The date 16 August 1842 has been added later.
