Schedule of deeds etc in the hands of Mr William Evans attending a mortgage of premises late the estates of James Holden esquire deceased. Covers 1742-1779, with additions dated 1779-1792. The deeds concerned were received by Jn Curzon 7 October 1803, together with bonds of 1791-2.
