Title
Agreement made between Elizabeth Roulson widow and Christopher Roulson of Aston, that Christopher has agreed to go out of the house he now dwells in to another little house belonging to Elizabeth at Midsummer next, paying his rent to the tenant who rents the rest of Elizabeth's land, and in consideration of this, Elizabeth acknowledges Christopher to have a right to all the corn and pease now growing upon this said land belonging to her with the dung, but as for the `follows', meadows, `lays' and hades of grass, Christopher acknowledges [them] to be in hands of Elizabeth from this date, and acknowledges himself to be indebted to Elizabeth for £6 15s which he promises to pay in 6 weeks' time.
