Lease for 2 years from 24 April 1613, by 1. Richard Franncis and son and heir apparent Henry to 2. John Rolston, for £8 6s 8d, of premises as in [1610] lease above, at rent of 1d. Endorsed that Richard and Henry Franncis will allow Rolston to take 2 wain or cart loads of 'Tynsell' within one mile of the premises in each year of the term.
