To son Thomas cottage house in possession of William ?Stenson in Aston with appurtenances, ie 4 acres land, l acre of meadow, 2 beast pastures, 1 ley in Lockholme; to ?younger daughter Dorothy £30 at age 21 and maintenance and apparel until 21; to wife Dorothy half house and land testator dwells on for life, at her death to go to son Thomas; to son Thomas the other half for ever; house in Derby to be sold towards payment of debts and legacies; personal estate to wife and son upon condition they pay debts, legacies, funeral expenses; executors are wife and son.
