Description
That Robert, Mary and Diana Lown will convey to Holden a messuage and 2 yard land in Aston now in mortgage to Holden for securing £160 and interest; that Holden will pay £240 for the purchase over and above what is die on the mortgage; that the £240 will be detained by Holden during Robert Lown's lifetime, Lown to receive the interest thereof; that Diana Lown is to be paid £120 at Robert Lown's death, the remaining £120 to remain in Holden's hands, paying the interest thereof to Mary Lown in bar of dower, and at Mary's death paying the remaining £120 to Diana Lown; that Robert and Mary Lown are to have 2 rooms in the house and one of the orchards belonging, for their lives without making any allowance to Holden, and Robert Lown is to continue in possession of the house and farm until Lady Day
