Description
By which, for £400 paid to Dorset and Compton towards the discharge of the debts of Anthony Roper late of Eltham, Kent, esquire deceased and 40s paid to Thomas and Henry Stich by Robert Houlden, party 1. conveyed at Robert Houlden the father's direction to Robert the younger and Thomas Wandell, capital messuage called Aston Hall, late in the tenure of John Hunt gentleman deceased and now in the possession of Anne Hunt widow, with dovecote, garden, 2 orchards, malt mill, 'connygree', buildings adjoining, late in tenure of John Hunt, 6 cottages in the several possessions of Margaret Parker widow, Robert Clifford, Hugh Barton, William Cowley, Thomas Raske and Robert Hall, the Hall Haye, Weett Close, 3½ yardlands of arable land and 20 acres meadow and pasture
