Title
Gift from Henry son of Simon Smith of Aston to Siward de Aston and his heirs and assigns and their heirs, of one toft with messuage in Aston lying at the head of the township towards Weston next the toft of Alan son of Henry "in angulo" [in the corner] of the same, to hold of Henry and his heirs and assigns, paying annually to him one apple at the feast of St James the Apostle [25 July] for all secular service and suit of court.
