Description | Also granting liberty to regain the way concerned; in consideration of this, Houlden granted to Sir John and his wife for their lives and after their deaths to Cotton and his wife and the heirs of Olive, liberty to enter Humberholme to make any waterwork and fleightering upon the banks of Humberholme adjoining the river `Darwent' necessary for the preservation of Parsons holme or of any waterwork now or hereafter made on the banks of Parsons holme and Humberholme adjoining to River Darwent.
