Title
Bargain and sale by William Leche of Shipley esquire to Robert Houlden of Aston gentleman, for a competent sum, of a parcel of meadow ground containing 100 acres called Wadflatt in Cleech holme, within the precincts of Sawley but reputed parcel of the manor of Weston, and now in Houlden's possession, 3 doles of land meadow near Wadflatt late in possession of Robert Moare of Little Wilne, fishing or fishing places in Darwent called the Ould Water.
