Copy of declaration in ejectment, Easter Term 1656;
William Lockoe against Edward Siddowne of Aston husbandman, for that Robert Houlden gentleman on 1 May 1656, demised to Lockoe 4 messuages in Aston and Weston for 3 years, Lockoe entered, but on 1 May 1656 was dispossessed by Siddowne by force and arms. With marginal note by Siddowne, 27 May 1656.
