Ordering them to surrender to Henry Weare and Edmund Halman gentlemen, the manors of Weston and Aston, 4 messuages, 4 tofts, 1 mill, 1 dovehouse, 4 gardens, 300 acres land, 300 acres heath and furze, 100 acres meadow, 150 acres pasture, 10 acres wood, 300 acres moor, 60s. rents, rent of 11b pepper, common of pasture, free fishing in waters of Trent and 'Darwent', free warren and view of frankpledge, in Weston, Aston, Wilne, Shardlow, Morley, Smalley and Kiddesley and the advowsons of Weston, Aston and Morley, of which Weare and Halman have been unjustly disseised.
