Assignment by 1. Joseph Houlden of Shardlow yeoman to 2. John Houlden of Chaddesden yeoman for £17 10s, of half the premises in F 3 for the same term. Joseph agreed that if he should take a new lease of the premises from Anthony Rooper of Eltham esquire, then John (sic), for half the money disbursed for the new lease paid to Joseph by John, should grant to John half the premises for the term taken
