Counterpart lease by 1. Mary Shuttleworth of Aston widow and James Holden of Aston esquire to 2. Gervas Boot, John Bonsall, John Gregory, George Flint, William Avery and Samuel Bonsall of Breaston, Wilne, yeomen, of tithes of corn, grain and hay and all other great and small tithes arising from the closes, inclosed grounds etc of Breaston, except the tithe barn and tithes of lands within Breaston which are the property of the lessors, to hold for 21 years from 25 March 1779

"in case" the lessors' estate under the Prebendary of Sawley shall continue that long, at rent of £95, the lessees giving the drawing of 2 wagonloads of coals from Hallam coal pits to Aston Hall, the mansion house of Mary Shuttleworth, when required.
