Hartington Churchwardens' Accounts: Churchwardens' account book, possibly Hartington, as payments are made to men from Brassington, Tissington, Hartington Quarterand Gratton for foxes, for foxes caught and carrion crows killed at or near Wolfscote [in Hartington Town Quarter] and for a fox killed in Athe Qr" [Quarter]. There is also reference to Sheen in Staffordshire which borders Hartington.
