Consideration £400. Recital of will of Thomas Chetham, deceased, father of Francis (2 Nov 1657), which devised the property above to Chadwick and Holland on trust to sell the same and divide the proceeds between the four daughters of Thomas (Mary, Dorothy, Margaret and Susan)
