TitleLease between Geoffrey Gresley on the one part and William son of Hugh Wasteneys in Hixon on the other. Lease by Geoffrey to William of one bovate of land in Hixon, which Henry Bonel held in the same place and 2 strips in a croft of the said Henry, lying near the croft of Robert of the Hul with a meadow at the head of them adjacent and one grange near the road with 6 feet to the end of the said grange towards the house of Robert de le Huland with a courtyard and a garden between the house of Henry Bonel and the lane beginning from the road leading near the gate of Robert White and extending towards the croft of Robert de le Hul, and with the croft of the said Henry and with all its appurtenances for such relevant land, lease for the term of 30 years

For this concession, William pays Geoffrey 5 marks of silver.
