Articles of agreement made between William, Lord Paget and William his son, and Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart, whereby the weir across the river Trent at the Upper Fulling Mills in the parish of Burton-on-Trent is to be levelled to maintain an equal flow, and arrangements are made for access to the mill, etc.
