Receipt for payment of £1000 by Thomas Freer to John Farmer, both of Caldwell, in part payment of £6000 owed, secured by mortgage, 1810;
Copy from Court [of Common Pleas] roll re transfer of manors of Caldwell, Little Ireton and Coton, 1714;
Affidavit of Thomas Heward of Higglescote (Co Leicester), joiner, re death in 1789 of Rev Joseph Fowler, curate of Hugglestone, intestate and without issue, 1810;
Copies of parish register entries 1697-1790 for Hugglescote, Ibstock and Packington re Bloomer, Dawson, Bainbrigge, Holland and Fowler families, concluding with note that Martha Holland (d.1697) lived for more than 2 months after the date of "those deeds"
