Parties: (1) Lord Scarsdale (2) Nathaniel Curzon (3) Robert Curzon and Dugdale Stratford Dugdale (4) Francis Mundy (5) Viscount Tamworth, Earl Ferrers and James Dawkins. With endorsements (a) Indenture of 28th November 1816 – Jointure Rentcharge to Rt Hon Felicite Ann Josephe, Lady Scarsdale; and (b) Settlement of the Park Nook Estate of 9th November 1825.
