Trustees appointed by Act of Parliament for the sale of estates forfeited to the Commonwealth for Treason (named) to John, Earl of Rutland. Hassop Hall and the site thereof in the tenure of [blank] and all the parcels and closes thereto belonging [described in detail]; the office of Barmaster of the Kingsfield by lease of the Duchy of Lancaster, for Eyre's life; messuages and cottages in the manors of Hassop and Rowland; the manor of Calver with all the rights belonging and the rights belonging to the Manors of Hassop and Rowland; messuages, tenements, etc., in Calver (described in detail), with certain exceptions, notably rectories and tithes. To hold the same during the life of Rowland Eyre. For £4796 17s. 4d.
