Hassop Hall and the site thereof in the tenure of [blank] and all the parcels and closes thereto belonging [described in detail]; the office of Barmaster of the Kingsfield by lease of the Duchy of Lancaster, for Eyre's life; messuages and cottages in the manors of Hassop and Rowland; the manor of Calver with all the rights belonging and the rights belonging to the Manors of Hassop and Rowland; messuages, tenements, etc., in Calver (described in detail), with certain exceptions, notably rectories and tithes. To hold the same during the life of Rowland Eyre. For £4796 17s. 4d.
