Sir Thomas Stanhope of Shellforde (co. Notts), knight, to James Browne of Snellaston (co. Derby), husbandman. Meise farm in Snellaston, in Browne's occupation (except woods and trees). Stanhope covenants that the tenant shall not be disturbed if Stanhope dies before the term is expired.
