Description
To William Smith of Ashbourne, cordwyner, of a close called the Stubble peece, part of which was anciently part of Ashbourne park, and the other part parcel of a close called the Leyes, containing nineteen acres (if Smith, John Smith his son, or Josias Salt, son of William Salt of Wyaston, shall so long live), for a rent of £14.
