Rowland Eyre of Hassoppe, esquire, to ffrancis Blake of Compton (co. Derby), butcher. Closes near Ashborne park in the parish of Ashborne, called the Heyes, Heywards peece and five clappers; for ninety-nine years (if the said ffrancis Blake, John Allen, his son-in-law or Susannah, his daughter, shall so long live), at a yearly rent of £38.
