| Description | Rowland Eyre of Hassop, esquire, Thomas Eyre his son and heir, and Raphe Clarke of Cutthorpe, esquire, agree that Rowland Eyre has previously borrowed of Clarke £2,400 on which Eyre will pay 6% interest; and that Eyre will procure the Earl of Rutland (or some other person) to purchase the fifth part of the manor of Cosshull in the parish of Brampton, with chief rents, etc., and divers messuages, lands, etc. in Brampton (tenants named), which Eyre has forfeited as a delinquent. |
