Two messuages in Westowne (in one of which Thomas Middleton, son of the above Thomas, dwells), with meadows, etc. belonging, and a parcel of land called Dale side; providing that Robert pays off the mortgage of one hundred pounds on Dale side, to the mortgagee, Sir Nathaniel Curzon; and providing for an annual payment of £8 to Thomas Middleton and his wife for their joint lives (the survivor to have £4) unless they prefer to dwell with the said Robert. |
