A messuage, three acres and one rood, with appurtenances, in Litton, being parcel of two messuages and fifty acres previously granted by Rowland Lytton of Knebworth to Thomas Outfield for certain considerations, and at specified fee farm rents and services in the Manor of Lytton; for a sum of money and specified fee farm rents and services.
