Description	John Meyverell, gentleman, of Donnysthorpe (co. Leicester), and Margaret Meyverell his wife, to Rychard Stephenson, yeoman, of Nedder Haddon. Tenement called Over Shatton; for 21 years from 1550, at £4 rent yearly. Richard also agrees to provide Meyverell with horses whenever they are required for the King's service in war; for £12. Endorsed: Richard Stephenson agrees to add a chimney to the premises.
