Houses, lands, etc., at Losehill, assigned to Staley by John Hall of Gooshill, executor of Thomas Rowland of Woodseats, deceased; and one close of land at Thornell called Shippen flatt, assigned to Rowland by Robert Skinner under a lease of Thomas Eyre. Endorsed in a later hand with particulars of the Eyre estates in the High Peak.
