Description	Sir Ingerham Clyfford, knight, of Golthropp (co. York), and dame Ann, his wife, to Edmond Eyre of Bradfilde (co. York), gentleman. One mease-steade or Burgagerye in Castleton (co. Derby), and one other mesesteade or burgagery in Bakewell, in the occupation of Steven Eyre, brother of Edmond, with certain parcels of land, for twenty-one years at an annual rent of twelve pence i.e. ten pence for the burgagerye in Castleton and twopence for that in Bakewell.
