| Title | Bargain and sale by John Fraunces of Foremark, esq., to Geo. Curzon of Croxall esq and Fraunces Cooke of Trusley, esq., in consideration of 10s., of the manor of Foremark with all appurtenant houses and lands at Foremark, Ingleby, Stanton, Repton, Willington, Milton, Allestree, Boulton, Derby and Ticknall and at Marneshall (Stafford-shire), except the demesne lands at Foremark and all tithes and oblations at Foremark, Ingleby and Milton, for 200 years after the death of Fraunces, with proviso that they are not to take profits from the premises but will lease the same to such persons as Thomas Burdet, heir apparent of Robert Burdet, and Jane, his wife shall appoint, at any time after the death of Fraunces. 24 Aug [See also D156, D5054] Ockbrook |
