Probate of Joseph Parker of Derby, gentleman, to his sister Katherine Bainbrigge, an annuity of £50 for life, to his niece, Barbarah Barrow, wife of John Barrow, £300, to his niece Katherine Basset £200 - to his servant maid Hannah Wigley, an annuity of £20 for life with one of his silver watches, his nightgown and all his wearing linen - to his manservant George Chetham, all his woollen apparel, a silver watch and one year’s wages - to John Stone of Little Eaton, £10 - to his nephew Thomas Bainbrigge, the residue of his personal estate and all his real estate subject to the above legacies (will dated 16 Nov 1751) 14 Apr
